Though he often wears a smile on his lips, beneath his easy-going demeanor hides darker secrets. It is curious why a celebrity artist such as he, would possess such in-depth knowledge about the dangerous N109 Zone.
When Rafayel formally meets MC, she is investigating him, as his paintings were rumored to cause traumatic psychological ailments to his patrons. It is through her probing where they form a partnership, and she becomes his official “Miss Bodyguard.”
